Pine Project
A complete new level of elegant living space was added to this 1890’s Queen Anne Victorian home by renovating an unfinished dark and dismal basement. A new stairway with detailed wood work was crafted to create a rich entrance into the new space, tying in the architectural details of the older part of the house with that of the new. A gas fire place was added enhancing ambiance and comfort. A wine cellar was also creatively designed into this space.
All the windows (30) in the house were replaced and a high efficiency insulation was implemented to cut down on drafts, ultimately significantly decreasing heating costs.
