We have worked with Dan Beliveau and his crew at Back Bay Design Corporation for the past 4 1/2 years. Dan oversaw the renovation of our 1902 Queen Ann Victorian in 2005, which consisted of complete renovation of the kitchen, master bathroom/laundry rooms, adding a first floor half bathroom and mudroom, basement refinishing including wine room, new heating and cooling systems, full electrical reworkings, built-in cabinetry and various other elements of the project. We were able to bring Dan into the property before closing, and we were all on board with a plan right after taking ownership. This entire undertaking took approximately nine months, which is extremely quick considering what we had done. He was accurate in his abilities to quote the job at the beginning and was able to handle the multitude of change orders and obstacles that arise with an old house.

Dan only has first-rate carpenters working for him. Each and every person working on the job was courteous, personable and hard-working. They were there on Saturdays and Sundays at times. They always cleaned up and left things in good order for the next day.

We recently had Dan and his crew renovate our two sunrooms (first and second floors) replacing a portion of the roof, adding new windows and french doors and refurbishing some existing windows. Again, sometimes adding new elements to an old home can create some issues, but he always seeks out the best subcontractors and gets the answer that works out the problem.
